Our mission is Partnering with Lions and Lions Clubs to assure a legacy of vision and hearing related services for South Dakota citizens. Your annual sustaining contribution provides support for the SD Screening Program development, matching grants to help visually and/or hearing impaired people in your community, and eyeglasses and hearing aids for those in need. Planned Giving “An Eye to the Future Legacy Society” |

The Eye to the Future legacy society honors individuals who choose to support the SD Lions Foundation through wills and other types of planned giving. In the SD Lions Foundation Endowment, the principle of the endowment stays untouched while the interest earnings are used to support programs such as the SD Screening Program being developed and Individual Assistance Matching Grants. Each gift is tax deductible as the Foundation, formed in 1964, is a non-profit corporation under Section 501C(3) of the IRS Code. There are numerous types of planned gifts:
